Refund/Return Policy

All items are final sale. That said, in the case products may arrive damaged, or if there is any error on my part, please send an e-mail with your name and order number at [email protected] and I will address the issue.

Damage to a product will be defined as follows:

- Scratches to the item

- Broken parts

- Cracks on the sculpture

 

Shipping Policy

When placing your order, please be sure to enter the correct address, as refunds or replacements will not be issued towards orders with an incorrect shipping address. 

- I am not liable for lost or stolen packages and unfortunately can not issue refunds or replacements.

- Once I send the package, there is unfortunately nothing I can do about late packages / lost packages / stolen packages. Please contact your post office directly for any issues with shipping.

Return to Sender packages

If your package is returned to me because of an insufficient address / other reasons that are out of my control- I can not issue a refund or a replacement, but I can send your package back to you once I receive the item. You will have to pay for shipping again, and you will be responsible for checking its shipment status. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive upon shipping?

United States: 2-3 weeks*

*these are only approximates and some packages may take longer to arrive than estimated. Clearing customs can also delay the shipping time.

 

Will I have to pay customs fees/VAT import fees/tariffs?

This shop is based in South Korea. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs fees, import taxes or tariff-related duties on orders that may apply.
